Communication Tools: Ensure the driver has a working mobile phone with a local SIM card for easy communication with the organizing team and navigation tools for route guidance.
Identification and Signage: Prepare clear signage with the delegation’s name or logo for easy identification at the airport.
B. Airport Pickup:
Timeliness: Arrive at the airport well in advance of the delegation’s scheduled arrival time. Consider possible flight delays and stay informed of any changes.
