A. Participants Reaching Bhubaneswar (Local)

  • State Govt Sponsored local transportation (e.g., buses/trains) for participants traveling to Bhubaneswar from various locations of Odisha.

  • Clear instructions and schedules to participants for reaching a designated meeting point in Bhubaneswar.

  • Centralized pick-up point or shuttle service if participants are arriving at similar times.

B. Bhubaneswar to Moscow (Flight)

  • State Govt Sponsored flights for all travelers with flights on these layovers:

  1. Bhubaneswar to New Delhi

  2. New Delhi to Dubai

  3. Dubai to Moscow

  • Facilitated group check-in at the airport to streamline the process.

  • Assistance from Movsta with any visa or travel document verification at the airport.

C. Internal Travel in Moscow (Local)

  • Airport Pick up & Drop

  • Buses/ vans vehicles for group transportation within Moscow from hotel to all visiting places and back.

D. Moscow To Bhubaneswar (Flight)

  1. Moscow to Doha

  2. Doha to New Delhi

  3. New Delhi to Bhubaneswar

  • Organized transportation to Moscow airport, ensuring ample time for check-in and security clearance.

  • Assistance with luggage and any last-minute travel issues at the airport

E. Transport to Baikonur Cosmodrome for Core Team

  • Special Helicopter Charter for transporting the core team to Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The charter company would be reputable and adheres to all safety regulations.

  • The flight schedule needs an alignment with the itinerary at Baikonur, allowing sufficient time for the visit and return.

  • Ensuring all necessary cross-border documentation and permissions are in order for the helicopter flight into Kazakhstan.
