A. Pre-Departure

Attend pre-departure press briefings organized by Movsta or the government to receive detailed information about the trip's objectives, itinerary, and participants.
Collect press kits containing background information, schedules, and contact details for key individuals.
2. Media Accreditation
Apply for media accreditation through Movsta or the designated government agency to gain access to official events, interviews, and press materials.
B. During Trip
1. Event Coverage
Respect the itinerary and guidelines provided for covering events, including any specific protocols for high-level meetings or cultural visits.
Coordinate with the Media Coordinator or event organizers for access to designated areas for media during events.
2. Interviews
Request interviews with delegation participants, teachers, or government officials through the Media Coordinator, respecting participants' schedules and privacy.
Prepare informed questions that highlight the educational and cultural objectives of the trip.
3. Photography and Filming
Adhere to guidelines on photography and filming, especially in sensitive areas or during private meetings. Always seek permission before capturing images or footage of individuals.
Use official hashtags and handles when posting content on social media for broader visibility and engagement.
4. Respect Cultural Sensitivity
Be mindful of cultural norms and sensitivities, both Russian and Indian, when reporting. Ensure coverage is respectful and fosters mutual understanding.
C. Post Trip
1. Feature Articles and Reports
Consider writing in-depth articles or producing feature reports that explore the outcomes and impacts of the delegation trip, highlighting key learnings, experiences, and future implications.
Share success stories or significant achievements of participants to inspire and inform broader audiences.
2. Feedback and Follow-up
Provide feedback on the media support and coordination received during the trip to Movsta or the government. This can help improve future delegations.
Stay in touch with the Media Coordinator for updates on future activities or results stemming from the delegation's initiatives.
D. General Guidelines
1. Ethical Reporting
Ensure all coverage is factual, unbiased, and ethical. Verify information before publication and avoid sensationalism.
Respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals involved in the delegation.
2. Security and Safety
Follow all security and safety protocols communicated by the organizers or local authorities, especially during travel or in crowded events.
3. Collaboration and Communication
Maintain open communication with Movstaβs Media Coordinator for updates, clarifications, and coordination of media activities.
Collaborate with other media outlets as needed to share resources or coverage, ensuring comprehensive reporting of the delegation.
