The accommodation is categorized into 3 Parts:
C. Staff & Crew Accommodations
A. Students Accommodations
A single hotel would be booked that can accommodate all students and adequate security measures in place, including 24x7 reception, secure entry, and possibly surveillance systems.
An information desk setup or designated contact point in the hotel where students can receive assistance and information.
Room assignments are made based on gender, preferences, or other appropriate criteria to pair students in a way that encourages interaction and reduces costs.
Essential amenities and services, such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, and laundry services.
Briefing on emergency procedures at the hotel, including evacuation routes and emergency contacts.
B. Core Team Accommodations
Opting a suitable Dacha (a country house in Russia) that offers privacy, comfort, and a conducive environment for the core team.
Dedicated Transportation to and from the Dacha, ensuring that it is reliable and timely.
Tailored services to the client’s preferences, such as specific dietary requirements, preferred amenities, and any special requests.
Arrangement for on-site support staff if needed, such as housekeeping, a personal chef, or security personnel.
Effective means of communication with the delegation team and others, including internet access and local phone service.
C. Staff & Crew Accommodations
Separate hotel for the client’s staff that is conveniently located, preferably close to the client’s accommodation for ease of coordination.
Booking arrangements, ensuring that the hotel meets the staff’s requirements for comfort and amenities.
Coordinated logistics between the client’s staff hotel and other locations involved in the program, including the main student hotel and the Dacha.
Communication channels between the client’s staff accommodation and the main group to facilitate coordination of activities and meetings.
